Expo Lab is an AI-powered studio specializing in technical storytelling for the expo floor.
Founded by an engineer and technology leader with extensive hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, we bring the technical depth to understand complex products, uncover their true advantages, and communicate their value with clarity and precision.
Combining expert judgment with advanced AI, we create audience-specific narratives for the stakeholders who matter most — across industries, disciplines, languages, and markets.
Through strategic positioning, bilingual storytelling, demos, presentations, and video content, we help companies connect with buyers, decision-makers, investors, and strategic partners — and make every expo conversation count.
My career began as a software engineer, building products end to end. I designed the interfaces, wrote the front end and the back end, and tested every release before it went live, so I know firsthand how a great product is built from scratch. I then spent three years as a Technical Program Manager and Business Analyst at a major fintech company, standing between engineering and the business and leading products from a whiteboard sketch all the way to production.
Six years across the full software development lifecycle gave me a rare combination: I understand a complex product the way its engineers do, and I can explain it the way its buyers and investors need to hear it. And in the age of AI, when anyone can produce content in seconds, what sets work apart is taste: knowing what to say, what to leave out, and how it should look and feel. That taste, built across engineering, business, and design, together with real technical depth, is what Expo Lab is built on. I bring it to the expo floor, along with the newest AI video tools and hands-on booth experience at shows like CES, so your technology is understood, trusted, and remembered in the few seconds that matter most.

We're on site at the tech shows and summits our clients care about, so we know how they run before your booth goes up.
Unlike PR agencies or booth builders, Expo Lab is one engineer-led partner who owns your technical story, your demos, and your follow-up, from planning to after the show.
Ownership from pre-show planning to show-floor execution: timeline, vendors, budget, and contingency plans, run by someone who understands the engineering behind your booth.
Technical demos and product launches that work the first time. Stress-tested before the doors open, with risks surfaced and covered in advance.
On-the-ground video, interviews, and recap content built with the latest AI video tools, shaped by firsthand experience attending and building booths at major tech expos including CES.
Turning complex products, roadmaps, and technical decisions into messaging that investors, customers, and non-technical stakeholders understand and remember.
Every engagement is scoped to your event and priced as a fixed project, so you know the investment before we begin.
A focused review of your product story, booth plan, demo setup, and show goals, delivered as a written action plan with the priorities and risks to fix before the show.
You pay for the booth, but the right buyers don't stop by, and leads go cold after the show.
We find the right buyers, schedule the meetings before the show, and follow up fast.
Your product is complex, you get seconds to explain it, and the show floor is where demos break.
A story that lands, a demo that works, and follow-up that closes.
Why we recommend it: it's the only option that covers before, during, and after the show, so no meeting, demo, or lead falls through the gaps.
Best for first-time or high-stakes exhibitors and product launches Start with Full ProgramSeveral shows a year, each one planned from scratch, and results that never add up.
Everything in Options 1 and 2 for every show, run as one season.
Book 16 weeks or more before show day for priority scheduling and first access to vendor and booth-build slots.
Commit to several shows in one season and get preferred pricing on every event in the program.
On on-site programs, if a demo fails on the show floor, we stay on it until it's fixed.
Pricing is a fixed project fee, scoped after a discovery call. Travel, lodging, and ground transport are billed separately and approved in advance.
The full cycle, run end to end: gathering requirements with business stakeholders, designing the solution, building and testing it, and carrying it to production. Not managed from a distance. Actually done.
Three years as an engineer, three years bridging engineering and the business side. The fluency to build something technically sound that the market will actually adopt.
Real experience coordinating technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the kind that keeps a project moving instead of just being talked about.
Continuous, hands-on testing of the newest AI tools, especially in video, so every deliverable reflects what's state of the art today, not what was new two years ago.
We talk through your goals, product, audience, and upcoming expo or launch timeline.
A clear plan, deliverables, and one project fee. Travel is approved in advance, so nothing is unexpected.
Planning, vendor coordination, and show-floor management, remote, on-site, or both.
A post-show review and bilingual recap content that keeps working long after the event.
